Privacy Policy

Uprovd ("we", "us", "our") operates uprovd.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Submit the ROI calculator, demo request, contact, or Founding Customer application forms
  • Download the whitepaper or other gated content
  • Email us directly

This includes: name, work email address, company name, job title, industry, company size, and the content of your messages or form responses.

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request
  • Send you the content or confirmation you requested (ROI report, demo confirmation, whitepaper)
  • Follow up about Uprovd products and the Founding Customer Program
  • Improve the website and our understanding of potential customers

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Brevo - transactional email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Brevo solely to deliver the email you requested.
  • HubSpot - CRM for tracking leads and follow-up. Form submissions are stored in HubSpot under your email address.
  • Cloudflare - hosting, CDN, and privacy-preserving analytics.
  • Sentry - cookieless, IP-scrubbed error monitoring (strictly necessary).
  • Google Analytics & Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity - usage analytics, loaded only with your analytics consent.
  • LinkedIn - the Insight Tag for campaign measurement, loaded only with your marketing consent.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

4. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days. Consent records (proof of your cookie choices, with a truncated IP) are kept for up to 3 years to evidence compliance.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request a portable copy of your data (GDPR Art. 20)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing (GDPR Art. 18, 21)
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (US state laws) - use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
  • Opt out of follow-up communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@uprovd.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Indian residents (DPDP Act, 2023) may raise grievances at the same address; we will route them to our grievance contact.

6. Cookies & consent

Strictly necessary technologies keep the site working and support cookieless, IP-scrubbed error monitoring (Sentry); these run without consent under our legitimate interest. With your consent we also use:

  • Analytics - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and used for basic traffic measurement.
  • Marketing - the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure campaign performance.

No non-essential cookies or tags load until you consent. In the EU/EEA/UK and India we ask for opt-in consent; in applicable US states we honor opt-out and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can review or change your choices anytime via Cookie Settings, and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare's infrastructure, which provides industry-standard security controls. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Children

Uprovd is a B2B product intended for enterprise professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
